EVOCATIO
A photo shoot series I art directed, styled based on oppression towards women and LGBTQ+ people in Turkey. The series are about how women & LGBTQ+ people are witch hunted and blamed despite their innocence. The first few photos of the series are about the bubble that women and LGBTQ+ people create in order to have fun in isolation from society. Later one of the women step out of the bubble to evocate Lilith (to evoke the feminine power). In the end, she is slaughtered by the fallen angel (the patriarchy, forgiven men for their crimes against women, and LGBTQ+ people).
